Operational Overview of Sensus' Integrated Approach
Sensus sets out on a mission of flavor management for every product they manufacture. Extensive research is employed in regard to the raw horticultural product before process optimization trials are even considered. This approach of flavor management allows all development personnel at Sensus and their supplying companies to have a common goal thus allowing the horticultural product to reach its full potential in terms of fresh flavor quality.
Once Sensus developers are convinced the horticultural product has reached its full fresh-flavor potential they then turn their focus to minimizing the flavor performance gap. Sensus instills in all of their employees an understanding that the best flavor quality of the horticultural product is the point when that product enters their facility. Sensus' goal is two-fold. First, Sensus must capture 100% of this fresh flavor in the product under consideration. This is strictly an economic issue and their customers cost-in-use can be reduced by meeting this goal. The second part of their goal is to process the product in an extremely consistent manner so as not to impart any anomaly flavor attributes that were not inherent in the original horticultural product. Sensus' integrated processing approach and careful raw material handling focus allows them to ensure the highest quality natural flavor ingredients can be produced. |
