Sensus' Products
Sensus manufactures two distinct lines of flavor ingredients to meet our customer's flavor development challenges. Sensus produces a comprehensive line of Natural Concentrated Flavor Essences and a line of Natural Flavor Concentrates.
Sensus' Natural Concentrated Flavor Essences possess the entire aromatic fraction of the horticultural product. These flavor ingredients contain the “light” notes of the product and will allow the product developer to produce extremely fresh finished foods and beverages through their use.
Sensus' Natural Concentrates contain both the aromatic fraction of the horticultural product and the non aromatic, or “heavy” notes of a product. Some of these attributes could be bitterness, astringency, sweetness, and acidity. Essentially, these Natural Concentrates provide the entire flavor profile.
Which product should be used is dependant on many factors. Sensus' development personnel will gladly explain the products and given the constraints of the particular development challenge, will recommend the appropriate product.
