Sensus offers a broad range of all-natural herbs, vegetables and botanicals.
Through our unique spinning cone extraction process, you can count on Sensus to supply the freshest, most aromatic vegetable, herb and botanical flavor ingredients.

Herbs

Sensus' herb product line features very fresh top notes that enhance food and beverage products. The Sensus production facility incorporates innovative process technologies to limit the loss of flavor and aroma volatiles. Our entire focus is to enhance the functional components of the herb product and impart great taste and aroma into food applications.

Vegetables

Sensus partners with The Morning Star Company to provide industry leading tomato essences from Los Banos -- the heart of California's tomato production. In addition, locally sourced vegetables are processed at our Hamilton, Ohio location. With duplicate capabilities in two distinct growing regions, we ensure optimal sensory performance of our flavor ingredients.

Botanicals

The goal of the Sensus Botanical Product line is to deliver the distinct profiles of the horticultural product while maximizing the healthy attributes inherent in the source. Sensus employs a team of research expertise related to maximizing the bioactivity of our products while meeting the all important sensory markers.

Essences

Sensus Essences are water-white, extremely aromatic, very fresh and most importantly, very authentic. This line of flavor ingredients will provide the aroma fraction to enhance food and beverage products.

Base Concentrates

Sensus Base Concentrates contain the flavor and aroma back notes only. Base concentrates contain the solids, color and astringency.

Concentrates

Sensus Concentrates contain the entire profile of the extracted product. All top notes and back notes have been optimally processed and then recombined to avoid thermal degradation. Our concentrates provide the entire organoleptic profile for use in flavoring food and beverage product.
