Essences
Sensus Essences are water-white, extremely aromatic, very fresh and most important, very authentic. This line of natural flavor ingredients will provide the aroma fraction to enhance food and beverage products.
Base Concentrates Sensus Base Concentrates contain the non-aromatic back notes only. Base concentrates contain the soluble solids, color and astringency and/or bitterness of the extracted coffee and tea.
Concentrates Sensus Concentrates contain the entire profile of the extracted product. All top notes and back notes have been optimally processed and then recombined to avoid thermal degradation. Our concentrates provide the entire organoleptic profile for use in flavoring food and beverage products providing the product developer a near-perfect reproduction of fresh brewed coffee or tea.
