News About Sensus' Corporate Citizenship

Once again, Sensus and Employees have joined together to help provide a better Christmas for 33 Salvation Army "Angels" this holiday season. With continued 100% participation, this was a great success and a way for Sensus and its employees to give something back to the community. While this is only the second year, we hope and anticipate this being an annual tradition.

Two scientists from Sensus, Drs. Kevin L. Goodner and Youngmok Kim, volunteered to be judges in the 6th Annual Southwest Ohio District Science & Engineering Expo. Kevin was a judge in the chemistry division while Youngmok was in the biochemistry division. It was a fun day and great to see tomorrow's scientists starting their research careers.

Sensus and Employees joined together this holiday season to help provide a better Christmas for 33 Salvation Army "Angels". With 100% participation, the effort was a great success and a way for Sensus and its employees to give something back to the community.

The recent expansion at Sensus, LLC included recirculating chilling equipment for the water that cools the pumps used in manufacturing. Before this equipment was installed, the water for cooling the pumps was discarded after use. The installation will save approximately 350,000 gallons of water per year.

Sensus would like to announce and congratulate the members of the the "Sensus Spinners" for partcipating in the annual Pelotonia Charity Race where all proceeds go to The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. The Sensus Spinners raised $6,500 and the entire event raised $8,500,000!

Sensus, LLC, in an ongoing effort to improve the environment and reduce the corporate footprint, is proud to announce that Sensus is now composting over 5 million pounds of spent bio-matter every year.
